Bone & Muscle problems

Hii I m 16 years old when I was playing football I had got injured so actually it was a ligament tear of my knee , it was not that serious but I had a pain I went to the doctors took medicines used a stick and concerned a physiotherapist and it took me 6 month's to recover and yes I didn't took MRI I can PLAY now but sometimes there is a slight pain in my right knee where exactly I don't know but sometimes when I jump with pressure it hurts , can someone help me with it !!!

Pain mainly in upper back and hands & finger. Pain in neck too at times

I have severe pain in the Right Leg alone when it is fold for few minutes (i.e during bath, when sitting ). But then after few minutes, it is getting released. What could be the cause?

The nerves are flowing in both my legs and there is a wound in the right leg which is not being cured due to the last two months.

I got bike accident past 15days back.... After taking xray nd MRI came to tat know tat grade 2 ligament tear in left knee ... Surgery is necessary​.?? Wat is treatment choice ??

For about a month i am having shoulder problem..I usually go for long drives via my 2 wheeler..The pain increases after long drives..And while playing badminton,if were to hit a smash,some muscles in shoulder turns ..i.e moves out of position,then after a while it becomes alright..i feel like that..

I have left knee acl problem last 6 month. What I do for this problem.please guide me

Met with an accident last week. Got left elbow injured ,it got swelling very badly,unable to move the hand. Had check up in OPD in midnight. after x-ray junior duty Dr told we dnt find any fracture. Given some painkillers and thats it. after 2 days it got better. but after a week suddenly it got swelling and started severe pain. What to do now pls suggest.

I have problem with my legs Sometimes feel like very low energy I think my hemoglobin level is very low & circulation is not much What should I do I had less vitamin problem in my body So I took vitamin B 12 / D 3 injections I want a energetic body ...
