Bone & Muscle problems

I am suffering from back pain (L4-L5) since past 5 years. MOREOVER, RECENTLY PAIN HAS STARTED in the upper back region as well.

I am suffering pain in my tailbone and the doctor advised me to carry out vitamin D test. I was diagnosed with a deficiency of vitamin D and so the doctor advised me to take multivitamin tables. After few days of consumption the colour of my urine has become quite dark yellow. Is that normal? Should I stop consuming the tablets?

I have pain on th3 back of my shoulder on both side. I dont drive or work on laptop. I have earlier taken physiotherapy and now often take hot water treatment. Is this spondiolities or just muscleor nerve pain. Pls suggest

On 2014 may met with an severe car accident and broke my tibia n fibula into some pieces. 3 ops done to fix , lastly had to go for ankle fusion (Arthrodesis). Still the stiffness and pain persist. Sometimes it aggravates with different ways and different reasons..many screws n plates still there, could you please advice what nxt step should i follow, taking out the implants or wait for some time more.. I have pain in right arm maybe arthritis .Since 1 month i start loosing my weight upto 4kg ,i start felling tired and recring of toilet increased.pls advise me the symptoms and silution .

6 months back i was doing sit ups n suddenly got pop sound in my left knee.. after that i stopped exercise and whenever i try to fold my leg or sit on the floor for prayer.. i feel a pop sound in my knee. I do have pain little bit while folding, no swelling or any locking of my knee. Can you please advise. Thanks in advance!

My wife is suffering from heel pain. Its been 15 days and pain is in both the heels . No particular point and keeps shifting to points around the heel

I had my hand wrapped in my dogs leash and he took off and the leash must have been wrapped around my finger as it felt like I broke it, but I could bend it. The tip swelled right away and 10 weeks later it is still swollen and hurts as bad as it did the first day. I figured there wasn't anything they can do for a finger tip so I didn't go to the doctor but how long will it be swollen and hurt? The pain is radiating into my wrist and forearm at times......

I am diabetic 67 years women with arthritis symptoms and going through high pain in Knee and shoulder (Joints Pain) from last 3 weeks, found difficulty in mobility, won't able to put weight on legs, swelling appeared over the inner part of the Right knee. please rectify my problem and help me to trace it out.
