Lower back pain most commonly is due to  poor posture, muscle sprain, lack of muscle tone and strength. If it has resulted from any injury then a few days rest will help. Take mild anelgesics with Antacid. Do some hot and cold fomentation. If pain still persists then consult a Neurospine specialist.
