Knee pain severe for two years. the right knee and below the knee is paining severely. unable to bent knee.

I have arthritis issues and my knee is swallow unable to walk kindly suggest how to reduce swelling I am using ice packs 4times a day but it's not effective suffering from this disease since last 1 year

I was experiencing little tingling and pain in my left leg. Pain was radiating through left buttock to left leg. I am a female of age 42 years. three months ago i fell down from stairs and there was a crack in my ankle. I went through simple bandage for a month. doctors say that my bone is fixed now but still i have swelling and pain...there is swelling in the front part of my ankle..the swelling reduses when i don't put stess on it bt as soon as i start walking there is swelling.
