I hit my elbow joint with a bar while swinging my arm. It didn't pain much. A small area was swollen and I felt pain only when the swollen region was pressed hard. The swelling and pain disappeared in 3 weeks.
I tried to do push ups after 3 weeks, and felt a slight discomfort around the region of injury. After repeated push ups, I felt slight pain and discomfort in moving the muscles above my elbow.
I didn't do push ups for 2 months, until today. I still feel a very slight sensation in my elbow
