Bone & Muscle problems

Four types of medicines a doc has prescribed for this thrice a day for three months. How much gap should be there between them? If i keep 15 min. Gap then my complete one hour will be wasted and like this 3 hours per will be gone in meficine intake.

Having pain in all fingers and , pain in legs, like in joints and leg palm pain and weakness

I recently started running to get myself fit but after 3 days  I feel pain in my knee,so I quit running.but after that pain goes on increasing...so should I start running again or should stop till pain goes???

Am a badminton player, I had pain in my Lower tibia bone a year ago, as I stopped practice for 2 months the pain went away, but now wen i practising heavily the same problem is happening, but this time with less pain and no swelling, is this a tibial stress fracture or shin splints... hav pain when I land on my foot, n any quick treatment for this....

I am suffering from Chondromalacia in my right knee sine 2008, I have tried taking (FLEXART) tabs for almost 6 weeks, and the treatment worked for 2 months then the pain came back again when exercising at the gym. I don't feel pain unless I work out in the gym. so I stopped working out until I can sort this problem and find a permanent solution for this problem. Pleaaase Help. I am a 27 years male from Yemen.

I fell down about a week ago and have hurted my knee on the side of a door. there was no swalon or blueish colour in that area but the pain is there.It has been more then a week.The part which is concerning me is that there a itcy feeling in the bone and when ever I itch there is a sensitivity after that heavy pain generates in that particular area in the knee.I have used volini spray but no effect.

I am a 17 year old and do suffer from pain in my knee (only right one) sometimes. Sometimes it happens when I sit for a long time or when I go for road runs or sometimes without a specific reason. It last for some minutes and has been happening for quite some time.What should I do?

My causin working in Saudi and he met accident on 25/10/16, he admitted hospital and have done surgery at both legs with steel fixation done, tillnow his bones are not united at two spots so he feels to stay at India longtime to undertake right treatment at right spot so please arrange to send your report after examine his latest xray film CD. Pls proceed with your doctors report and help him to take longtime treatment as well....
