Back pain in lower side past 1 week........................................

Having acute pain in upper n lower spine , muscle spasm. I cant sleep at night as it makes my back more painful.

Having lower back pain just above hips, tail bone area while sitting and standing up only. I do lots of outdoor physical activities like running oftenly, can this also be the reason for pain? I had no problem such like this in the past and there are no recent accidents also. It first started very mild in this particular area and while i have no problem in walking or running, but now there is sharp localised pain while bending especially while sitting & standing up thereafter.

In blood report RA factor showed 42 and she has knee pains pls suggest whom contact and how to proceed

Hi! I’ve been having Swelling/soreness in Patellar Tendon 10 months post ACL reconstruction surgery (patellar tendon graft). Swelling after squats, biking, runs. I saw a physician and had an mri and it said “mild tendonopathy. The Tendon looks thicker than before and becomes irritated after any activity. Is this common for patellar tendon graft ACL surgery? I have stopped all activity for 2.5 weeks now and swelling has gone done pain is gone but the tendon still looks a little thick. Not sure if

Since the past 2 weeks my left thumb started paining. No physical injury though. I ride bike wearing hand gloves. I applied ice as well. But still extreme pain in the joints of the thumb. Any help?

I have no bruising , slight swelling ... I can move my ankle in some directions but I have no pain while just icing it hard to walk on do you think it’s a sprain or a break?

Can anyone please advice best supplement for Vitamin D ? I have undergone a test for vitamin D & vitamin b12 and after reports my vitamin D has come extremely low (it's 5.5) n doctor has told me to take some injections...but as I know that thr us no substitute of vitamin d except sunlight...so I am thinking about taking some vitamin d supplement n will sit in d Sun daily for 2-3 months n thn thinking about taking vitamin d test again...so please advice me best supplement for vitamin d ...would appreciate...thnk u

My dad is having stage 4 arthritis. Is there any solution to this instead of TKR. tKR can't be done because of risk factors involved considering heart condition .. Amy other solution or ligament repair or something would be helpful. Please help.
