Can I passed the seabased medical exam as a seafarer? I think I have iscoliosis

I have been having neck and shoulder pain for last 17 years. Shown many doctors but results not up to the mark.

I hit my knee on friday. And after that it has been painful with burning senastions that get voth cold and warm and pulsing. and poping noices i can move it but it hurts. Its not swolen or brused.

I am suffering from a back bone pain when it's near to my period. However it may be a normal problem for every girls during the period but I feel it's different to me because even i couldn't walk. From back bone to leg there is an upnormal pain. Before I went to clinic but they said nothing. But I'm expecting some good consultants. (Note: I'm a vegetarian) please if u can help me.

Suddenly before 6months my left middle finger and right index finger started paining now it became more inflammatory and paining.. Suddenly my knee joints nw started paining

My father was taking his car to wash 2 days back but it got stopped so he had to push it to get back to the shade but while doing so he severely did out pressure on his right leg and a sound of some tearing came from it beneath the knees . Maybe he has had a muscle or ligament rupture so kindly guide upon the treatment for the same

Doctor suggested that there is outgrowth of bone as per the attached xray. There in pain in the area where there is outgrowth of bone. Look at the pointing fingurs in the x ray image of foot. Pls suggest what should be the approach for treatment. Thanks, Subodh
