Knee pain while sitting and using stairs
Having knee pain from last 1 year. Had xry and MRI, diagnosed with knee inflammation. Taken allopathic medicines for few months and then shifted to ayurvedic treatment but the recovery is very slow. PLEASE suggest if any other test required and what would the right treatment. Thanks

Go for physiotherapy sessions. Ultrasound , IFT or tens depends on the cause of inflammation can help in faster recovery . Plus knee strengthening exercises are the mainstay in longer run
