Actually I have already consulted a doctor and I have a ACL and a MCL tear but the thing is that the doctor is confirming that I have a full tear without MRI so I want ask is it possible to know if I have a full tear without MRI I mean I can even have a partial tear or just a stretch

For a good clinician, ACL tear is completely a clinical diagnosis. MRI is just a supportive evidence to his judgement. There will be times when there will be tear but no sign/symptoms. And at other times its just the vice-versa.
