Pain made worse by anti-inflammatory

I've had severe back and chest pain for the last four months. My pain went from 6-7 to 9-10 when put on Arcoxia, after I quit it went back to what it was before. Now I've been prescribed Prednisone 20 mg a day and the bay has again been made a lot worse (9-10). Could this point to the pain being caused by a bacterial infection?

Little Finger Amputation

Burning and numbness in right hand

Having sporadic pain and continuous burning in my right hand from elbow till tip of the finger. Got much aggravated over the last week and is there since 3 months. I have acute spondilytis problem and severe pain in neck too (fusion in C4-C5, C6-C7 as per 2014 MRI).

My operated knee is clicking again

I had an operation in January and been under rehab recovery ever since. Just 3 days ago my knee began to click , stiffen and locks but just minor one and I don't know why it is doing this for it use to do this before surgery and after surgery it was gradually getting back to it normal self but now I don't know what is wrong.
