I received xray report and findings says - fracture through distal pole of scaphoid bone. Please suggest good band for recovery.

Last 33days my son age 16yrs complaining about pain in neck and ankle.we visited 6 doctors. For few days he find that pain is less but after that he has same problem.

My shin bone is paining and swelling when i m running or playing and i have done x-ray their is a hairline mark in a shin bone ..

I got compression fracture of (D12 )10 weeks back, I chose conservative treatment rather than the operation. I still wearing the brass during day ti,. my problem is the pain although I am on zaldiar, mydocalm and brufen 600 mg daily. when could I start having physiotherapy and when the pain will subside. Had a CT scan due to major back and left leg pain. I am fused from L3-S1 and both SI joints. What does this mean "Status post SI joint arthrodesis with threaded cage spacers in place. There is loosening of the sacral side of right spacer margin and cystic/sclerotic changes involving inferior aspect of both SI joints with fused superior joint spaces. No fractures identified."

Sir , I have my mom's MRI report and it says that she has l5-s1 diffuse disc buldging, causin thecasl sac indentation and bilateral neural formamina. What can I do to cure her ??
