Having this pain for nearly abt a month. Specially in the left hand but there's a mild pain in the right too but a lot lower when compared with left. I don't have a history of neurological pain. Plz suggest.

Knee crumbling sound
My knee is making a crumbling sound everytime I fold it, sit or squat.
There is no pain just a wierd crumbling sound. I can feel it too if ibplace my hand on the knee.
I am a runner and i run approx 3-3.5 kms daily alomg with other exercises.

I had a tib/fib break this summer
During April/ May track season iwas in triple jump and had super bad shin splints. June 16 i broke my tibia in an atv accident . Culd having shin splints made it easier for my bones to break? and would it be a good idea to return to triple jump agai.
