I play football yesterday and went for a tackle and got my leg stuck in the mud and knee went click I am finding it hard to walk it has swallen up and a vain poped out

Hi I'm suffering from leg palm pain and leg fingers need advice on a remedy

I had taken nutrigain powder for 1 month. And now I became weaker day by day. Now I not able to pickup heavy things like cylinder,and etc.... And getting some join pain.

I have got an accident by motorcycle resulting tibia fracture type iv of left leg as diagnosed by Apollo bhilai on 30.12.16.fixation of k pin was done on the same day.Fixation of plat & screw on 21.01.17.due to infection again operation done & antibiotic Clement applied on 07.02.17.near about in may 17 wound clear.physiotherapy started from Apr 17.now i am walking with stick & problems are:- 1.infection available . 1.full load not beared by left leg. 2.leg neither straiting nor bending.

Hi Doctor. I don't know if it's physiotherapy related or joints or dietician related issue to consult for, so I am laying out my problem to be guided for. I feel like tired always. My every joints from ankle, knees, back along with muscles feels tired like I have done full day physical work on a farm. I am a digital marketing specialist, My daily routine is 1 hr journey to office from 9 am and back in 1.5hrs at 6pm. My work is all online on a laptop, sitting on a chair day long designing company strategy and growth. I don't have breakfast, just tea and lots of tea. Lunch I have anna sambar and anything on dinner mainly non veg. I sleep around 1 am to 2am and get up at 8am in morning. I am regular smoker and have occasional drink.

Left leg has been going numb and shooting pain down the leg. Been going on for about a month now. I stand for 8hours for work and that's where it hurts the most. What can I do for it??
