My father having pain & sensational problem from head spine to right hand...now doctor says spine bone gaps are closed.. That's why occur pain. Sir what should we do..

I've been having pain in my small toe on both my feet since the past 9 months. I tried changing my footwear, even wore only slippers for a month, but there is no respite. The pain in not excessive but is persistent. I've done a test for uric acid levels but they are fine.

I fell off an embankment 10 days ago and landed on my tailbone. I went to urgent care and confirmed nothing was broken. However, I have been taking flexeril, prednisone taper, and ibu800 around the clock with minimal relief. It hurts the right buttocks, to sit- and sitting in chairs gives a pain of 5-6/10. I am wondering what I can do, and at what point I should get it rechecked. I still have a lot of stiffness in middle back from the fall as well, which is exacerbated when I kick at something.
