My ASo title is231positive which type of treatment can taken? What should I do

I had pain near my ass region since a week . The pain occurs when I sit back . what should I do to get relief.

I sprained my ankle a month ago and it has not healed yet, I went for sonar today and they suspect a calcaneal fracture they recommend a MRI to confirm. I can walk on the foot and everything just have pain every now and then. what would the treatment for this be? My medical aid does not cover the MRI so i did not want to do it if there is no seriousness for it.

I have had same pain for about 3 weeks, pain is located on the left side right below the left breast to the side. feels like maybe a muscle pull or bruised rids. I haven't really been doing much just office work and couch, so no heavy lifting or really no exercise too.

I had viral fever 1 month ago. Since then I am having extreme joint pain specially in ankle region.The pain seems to be more in the joint of leg to ankle.It is so severe that I cannot stand on my feet and walk. Pain exists in both legs whose intensity keeps on fluctuate day by day. I had done the tests for dengue,chickenguniya, Malaria etc.All reports were normal.RA factor test and uric acid test were also normal. Please suggest over the ailment.

I am feeling pain in my left knee from last three months. Pain is automatically subdued in 4-5 days. But  sometime it will become severe. There is some swoling is also seen.  Pain is more when I stand up after long sit or I worked longer in standing mode.
