My dad is 70 years old. due consistent knee pain, doctors suggested him for knee replacement. kindly suggest for pros and cons of this treament.

1.Altered signal intensity of supra spinaotus tendon which is intermediate signal intensity on T2 and iso intense on PD FAT SAT sequence with minimal hyper intensity on STIR sequence.s/o degenerative changes of supraspinatous tendon.2.Type ii acromion seen with acromio clavicular joint configuration.3.Minimal fluid collections seen along subcapsularies and biceps tendon near humeral attachment.

I start running from 10 days. i have big pain in my both knees from 4 days. what to do please?

Multilevel facet joints show early changes of arthrosis. Moderate bony canal stenosis at L5 and s1 vertebral level. Mild posterior disc bulge a l4-l5 indenting ventral thecal sac.

Had been suffering from muscle tear.. got injection but pain still exists.. please help

Constant pain in knee. No fault in X-ray. swelling of tissue. Application many creams and taken so many pain killers. Visited to family doctor also. I have standing job and have to stand all day. But my right knee is so paining that tears came out of my eyes. Please tell me solutions or any medicine for it.

Left knee joint pain while climbing big steps or running. Gets a little relief when take multi vitamins .

I broke my ulna bone due to accident and underwent surgery for the same. Post surgery during my follow up I came to know from X-ray that drill which was used during the surgery for plating broke and it was left in the bone as is. I asked the doctor he said that it will not cause any problem instead removing the same may cause problem so best option is to let it be there. Now I am worried about whether it will cause any problem down the line like any bone related issue, infection or any other thing ? What should I do in this case ? Shall I remove it or trust my doctor who says it will not affect my movement or cause any problem in future. Please advise
