I am 23 year male. I have ACL tear of my left knee since 1.5 years. There is also a chance of meniscus tear. I have been taking precautions and not participating in active sports. Recently I am feeling little uncomfortable in doing my daily work although I am able to do all the things. Should I go for reconstruction of physiotherapy.
