Bone & Muscle problems

My wife is having swelling in hands and feet upto calf muscle and mid to high level of pain since more than 6 months now. We consulted an orthopaedician a while ago and as suggested by him, she completed full course of Vitamin D deficiency. However, this issue wasn't resolved with this. Please suggest which area should we go to. Also, what could be the diagnosis ?

I've been suffering from joint pains from last 3 yrs approx... The latest reports of mine taken include LOW- hb haemocrit MCV MCH. ESR- 44 mm. Serology report of CRP IS positive with 8.2 mg/dl. Biochemistry reports normal.RA FACTOR NEGATIVE. HLA B27 is also negative....is the problem i suffer rheumatoid arthritis....for what kind of therapy i shud go for complete treatment of the disease...ayurvedic or homeopathy... Since allopathic medicines related to it have serious sife effects!!

Right hand Shoulder joint pain very badly not able to sleep at night not able to pickup any material from that hand

My father is having pain in his lower back since last 3 months.. He had the same problem about an year ago but was cured after the treatment of physiotherapy.. But this time it is not happening even after the treatment of physiotherapy.. He consulted a neurologist.. Doctor prescribed him the medicine for an month.. But nothing is happening.. Medicine only reduce the pain for limited period of time.. Kindly tell me what to do..??

I've had a few problems with my feet recently I keep getting shooting pains in the soles of my feet when walking,also after a certain amount of wearing shoes I get this pain followed by burning tingling sensation what is this?

Having knee pain from last 1 year. Had xry and MRI, diagnosed with knee inflammation. Taken allopathic medicines for few months and then shifted to ayurvedic treatment but the recovery is very slow. PLEASE suggest if any other test required and what would the right treatment. Thanks
