Bone & Muscle problems

A year ago i was playing cricket. I kept some extra pressure on my left Leg from then the side part of that knee starts aching. I consulted a doctor he prescribed some medicine and that was cured. But whenever i play cricket it starts to ache. I again asked doctor whether to go for scan , he said it is fine with your knee. I think the ligament part is paining. When i climb stairs i sometime hear trigger sound too

When I stretch and get up from anything my leg knees pain. This is happening from 2 Months and I also increased 4 kgs approx now I'm 80 kgs and aged 32, hieght 168cms 5.6 approx

After driving n playing in a beach I'm having body pain what medicine should I take

My right hand wrist was fractured a month ago and i went to the hospital near to my home. Doctor did plaster to my hand and yesterday plaster was taken out but they joint my wrist by twisting so now my wrist is not straight as before . I told them but they said it is impossible to make straight again as before . so please give me a suggestion and all details,information about it.
