Bone & Muscle problems

I have suffering from backbone pain last 3 months. Now a days problem increase & I can't sleep or sit.

There is continuous knee pain in both legs , facing problem while bending down , not able to walk properly. This is happening since 3 years ,sometimes both legs get swollen.

I keep playing cricket regularly, this pain on the shoulder and through out the right arm is stopping me from performing .. The pain starts from the shoulder and continues till the wrist, and it is so much that i cant even throw the ball.. Even though i keep doing regular stretch ups before and after the game, i am still unable to figure out the problem.. kindly help !

I have been suffering with Shoulder pain for 4 weeks. While sleeping pain is more than at normal time.

Not able to sit on floor or on bed with legs crossed for a longer duration. Peculiar and noticable pain at the lower back delays my work. Though this problem is not persistent but, I have noticed that it usually returns when I iam in this sitting position, mentioned above.

I have back and legs pain below the knees and burning and needles feeling since 1 month. In mri its showing mild posterocentral disc protrusion identing the thecal sac . I am doing back exercises from 10 days . Some relief in back pain but legs problem are as usual and i am also taking tab gabantip 300 . Pls suggest me something
