Bone & Muscle problems

I have been suffering from constant pain in right elbow. I m not able to hold even a copy from my hand. Also i m having pain in my ankle. I got a uric acid test done which is normal. Kindly suggest me what to do?

I went over on my left foot nearly a week ago- initial X-ray showed no broken bones however pain is in 5th metertarsal area and cramps in arch of foot. I flew 1hr yesterday and I got bad cramps- I have a 24hr flight at the weekend- what can I do to prevent and should I get a second opinion on X-ray?

Its been 2 yrs from vitamin D registered less than 3, now 36, mri, droppler,B12, potassium, calcium, uric u name it all costly test are OK now but i am still not fully recovered, still have slight calf pain and occasional tingles in legs, and slight weakness... 7 ortho changed. this slight pain taking my life pls suggest me what has happened to be??? pls suggest if ayurvedic medicies like patanjali can help me as i cant take allopathic more. pls suggest ayurvedic can help with CALF PAIN AND SOMETIMES NERVE TINGS AND MILD WEAKNESS IN LEGS...

I used to never get migraines and now I always do especially when I'm thinking too much. My legs feel weak and get random bruises even though I didn't fall or hurt myself. My appetite has become almost non existent and I feel nausea a lot. And now my arms are becoming weak as well and I feel a lot of pain in my left hand.

I am 21 years old. I did some cardio exercise for legs for the first time 2 days ago. After doing those exercises, I could no longer walk properly because both my thighs started paining. The pain is still there. Why has it happened? PLEASE SUGGEST SOME HOME REMEDIES.

About 7 years ago i had a fracture in my leg....and it again starts paining..

I have been right leg joint problem last four years. When I felt down by games. I am not consultant any doctors so now I get pain again.

I hit my shin and am now experiencing pain while walking (especially going up stairs) and severe pain to the touch. Swelling upon impact but no bruising.

From yesterday my brothers feet has swollen he cannot walk properly wat possiblly might be the reason and which doctor should be consulted.
