Intermittent and constant pain at ankle calcaneus right foot. The problem exgaggerates after sitting a while or sleeping

I am having continuous back pain since 2 days. And today it is unbearable. Please suggest a remedy.

I have rib Pain in middle and I also Shown to Doctor and Doctor tell me i have Costochondritis . I have this problem from last two year . I taken Medication before 1 year and My left and right rib pain is over but i am getting pain in middle from last 1 year

My pain started with neck. It is there for one year and now I am having overall body pain, back pain

I am having pain just an inch above Hips on left side. 10 years back I went to gym and lifted weights for around 2 months and then I started having this pain. I left gym after that. This pain does not increase even if I sit in incorrect posture. It increases when I do some stretching or lift weights.

I had my ganglion operation 2 months ago.... Now my hand is paining... Is this any serious problem?

My ankle got twisted while playing basketball... For a week i thought that it was normal ankle sprain and did icing and applied volini.. But still pain was not consistent so i then consulted a doctor.. He told that it was the case of ligament tear and since the time for plaster was gone, he told me to wear ankle binder for 2 weeks and prescribed serra-d tablet for a week... Its been a while now but still there is swelling on the ankle and it pains when i rotate my ankle. What should i do?
