Bone & Muscle problems

I had sprained my ankle on October 27, 2017. I have removed X ray which showed no fracture. however I am experiencing pain in my ankle and my feet swells up if I walk too much.

Since 2 years I've been suffering from shoulder pain. When i move my shoulders i hear cracking sounds also . It pains a lot . When I do any physical activity related to my shoulders it starts paining.

Severe pain while sitting or getting up. I ve tried nsaids but they work for time being . Help me out

Age - 27 1. my uric acid level is 7.8 so i have pain in shoulders, ankle and in knee. 2. I go to urinate many times a day but pressure is low, and not always in a flow. 3. I don't have a good digestion. 4. some memory problem. 5. feels heaviness in brains. sometimes mind is blank, not active. 6. Cough problem, and increases when eat or drink anything related to milk. LFT and RFT is ok. Please suggest something effective for all above problems.

My mom have huge knee pain and joint pain. She even can not move easily. Arthritis or wat problem is her main problem. Tell me how she could get relief.

I had hip surgery 140days before but till date I am unable to walk independently.  I have attached recent xray for your kind study. Please advice whether I am suffering from osteoporosis ? If so what is the treatment ? When I will be get ride of walker and walk independently ?

I fell from bike 5 months ago.i was sitting on back seat and fell on the back side. from then I am feeling back pain in lower back. The intensity of pain keeps to fluctuate. Pain is severe during morning and getting up from bed is very painful. Morning stretching and massage over the area provide temporary relief. No swelling and any sign of injury observed. Please suggest the needful to be done to cure this.

1 month ago I had severe ankle sprain for my right leg ... I consulted doctor and I've taken an x-ray .They told that the ligament got strained ... But now the pain started again and i feel uncomfortable whenever I sleep on right side of the body ... Can you please help me ?

I have been hip joint fracture on left leg weight--90-95 age --85 please tell what can I do?

Having regular pain from ankle to bottom of left leg if i seat ideal anywhere for sometime and get up even in 10-15 minutes i take another 10-15 minutes to normalise. Even in the morning i cannot walk for prperly for 10 minutes , coz it pains unbearable.
