Hello sir
What appears is you are suffering from post spinal headache
This may be due to various reasons
Well what you can do is have lots of coffee or tea and fluids
Try to avoid strenuous posture and lifting weights
Generally it subsided after some time
But if still persists contact your treating doctor for further advice
