Shut in a door arm immediatly bruised, hard lump on the affected area. should i see a doctor or just leave it

I have been experiencing severe pain in the back of my head and neck region with dizziness since six months now. I went to physiotherapy for a week and take some muscle relaxing medicines and anxiety tablets and it felt better for few days but again it came back. At night I feel burning sensation in the legs and head.I am suffering from anxiety

I have been having severe heel pain Since 3 months and the situation is getting worse with winter coming up. Lot of difficulty in walking after sitting for sometime and after waking up from bed. Pain is slowly moving upwards towards the calves and knee as well. Can anyone suggest what could be the reason for this?

I had surgery 6 months ago to fix a broken foot. I am having a lot of pain and over the counter meds are not really helping. The surgeon proscribed tramadol 100mg tablets and I have since ran out. I tried to get in touch with the doctor who did the surgery but she will be out of the country for the next 31 days. I am wondering if it's possible to get a prescription for tramadol 100 mg 4 times a day for 30 days. So 120 pills.

I have been having back pain that has been getting worse day by day. I work in a restaurant and know the difference between an achey back and what im dealing with. My middle to lower back will constantly throb. I have constant throbbing pain in my tailbone area. Sitting and laying down helps. It gets to the point where I can't touch my toes even while im sitting. It feels like everything is tense and pulls on my tailbone. OTC pain meds are no longer working.

My mother ia 57 year old and have been under treatment of joint pain and body swelling. This problem is there for more than 10 years . However , correct treatment started in 2014 at cmc vellor. Last month oct, she started to have fever of 105+ along with cold. Full body becoming red and swollen. Most of body part strated to have patches and red pimples . Rashes are also seen on the body. As of swelling is not much but a feeling of fever she reports , she also feeling some disturbance at heart.. Any suggestion which dr and whichbdepartment I can meet in bangalore.

I twisted my ankle when I landed on it while playing Cricket. My right ankle is swollen. Should I apply heat or cold to the injured area to relieve pain and swelling? The injury happened between 24-36 hours before now.
