Bone & Muscle problems

I have a slight pain on the side of my heels.I feel it very heavily especially whenever I wake up and put my foot down to stand up in the morning. As its mostly in the side of my heels, I find it bearable to a great extent but I can sense it growing over time. Initially I thought that it was a sprain and I will be done with it soon but didn't happen to be so. Is this a problem arising due to my footwear or some other ortho issue?

My shoulder hurts very bad, I can't lift it without there being a lot of pain. But when I go to sleep I constantly am waking up in terrible pain it gets less intense when I'm up. Tylonal and Advil nothing help. I try to stretch and move it everyday this has been going on a week.
