Cervical spondlysis
Hi I have cervical spondlysis since last 10 years and have neck and left arm pain due to compressed nerve at T3, T4, However since last few weeks my left arm I am unable to lift or rotate fully also when stretched the shoulder pains pls let me know whom should I consult or inspect my left shoulder pls suggest an good doctor at Bangalore

• Neck Exercises. • Neck Stretching. • Postural Correction. • Shoulder Shrugs . • Core Strengthening Exercises. • Take frequent Breaks at work • Use cervical pillow. • Use Back Support. • Self Massage the back of neck.

It May be peri arthritis shoulder. You need to visit a physiotherapist and take mobilisation sessions.
