Bone & Muscle problems

I have been in back neck pain for last hree years. Please suggest how to cure.

My lower back is paining a lot from past 4 to 5 days.due to this sometimes it becomes unbearable for me to sit also.initially the pain starts from lower waist middle part and then later on my both legs or both shoulders starts paining.Due to this I can't sleep also due to this pain.

I have been suffering from pain in right shoulder & below shoulder back side (near shoulder wing) ,I tried stretching but the pain seems coming back after some relief.I am working as IT professional,please help!
