Today it reached the 20th day in my bed. I am totally fed up with this situation. I doesn't have any pain can I start walking by removing the plaster

I'm 18 years old and the shortest among the family members and relatives. I was recently diagnosed of coccydynia after I met with an accident. I don't know much but I feel that it has something to do with my growth. If not, then what do you suggest me to do? As often I'm depressed and feel less confident because of this.

I have a slight pain on the side of my heels.I feel it very heavily especially whenever I wake up and put my foot down to stand up in the morning. As its mostly in the side of my heels, I find it bearable to a great extent but I can sense it growing over time. Initially I thought that it was a sprain and I will be done with it soon but didn't happen to be so. Is this a problem arising due to my footwear or some other ortho issue?

My shoulder hurts very bad, I can't lift it without there being a lot of pain. But when I go to sleep I constantly am waking up in terrible pain it gets less intense when I'm up. Tylonal and Advil nothing help. I try to stretch and move it everyday this has been going on a week.
