After sitting for a while with the folded legs, I am getting a knee pain and numbness in my leg. This

I'm having leg pain from many days and it was severe few days ago... Having pain in both the legs...

I Am 20 Years Old.i am not to bend my thumb from its joint from own but with any support I can bend.  It Had Occurred Suddenly And I Didn't Had Got Hurt. I Don't Feel Any Type Of Pain In It.

Done with physiotherapy but no use.. suffering from lots of pain after my c-section. can i have permanent solution for this

5yrs back I fell down while playing and got hurt my right wrist. I neglected it thinking that the pain might disappear. But I still face the pain and when I rotate my wrist I hear cracking sounds. Is there any cure for this pain, can someone please guide me to find the cure for this pain.

While cracking joints in my foot, I accidentally twisted my index toe too much which caused a slight pain. It has been a week and the pain has not gone yet. But it had reduced. I was not able to walk a week ago but i now feel pain only when i bend that toe sideways deliberately. I have been treating it with warm salty water and rubbing volini. Although the pain has reduced 60℅, i want to know if it is normal for it to take so long to heal. I don't want to have a permanent damage to my toe. Thank you.

I have a problem of knees since last 8 to 10 yers but now this problem is getting a big issue for me and i cant walk properly my knee is aching & i was consult with a doctor and they said my knees are fully damaged and I have to do operation i use to do physiotherapy for some relax but for fully solution form this deases i ask to you to what i do is operation is necessary or some other kind of fever to me.

I had a disc removed about 20 years ago, recently I started a new job and includes some lifting in the last 4/5 weeks I have had lower pain back and pain down left leg also some numbness in left foot the pain is around the area of previous operation, I had an X-ray recently for a different problem which it said I had some degenerative lower spine issues

I am 23 years old and I have diagnosed on having a chondromalacia patellae. Just recently, I noticed my two feet get swollen. Is this because the of my knee condition?

My mother is getting a lower back pain especially in the evening during the cold season she is 65 years old and has had both her knee replaced though the pain is the knees is gone but on one of the leg on the side of the knee there is pain when she walks for longer and we have noticed she doesn't look very stable when she walks. Please advice
