Bone & Muscle problems

This is the second time this has happened but im not sure if I should be seeking medical advice because last time this happened (5 years ago) I recovered. I fell playing hockey. Tried to catch myself on the ice. Obviously that didn't help and all my weight fell onto my arm pushing my shoulder up. I dont think my shoulder is dislocated as there is no bruising, swelling or any odd bumps. But damn its hard to move my arm. It pretty much hurts moving in any direction or just feels super tight. From Past 3 months i am suffering from thumb pain After the xray i got to know that it's thumb sabluxation

I had an ankle ligament tear about a month ago. After i went to the orthopaedic he plastered it for around 2 weeks. After the removal of plaster its been 2 weeks and a bit of swelling is still there. I can walk normally too. But is this a bit of swelling normal for the next few weeks? And how much tym it will take to completely heal? And also i am wearing ankle grip as suggested by the orthopaedic for the next 4 weeks.

I m taking tb medicines for last 15 days. I have tb in the spine. I m experiencing excessive pain in wrist, lower back, knee, etc. I m unable to do my daily activities. Can I take painkillers with tb medicines so that I can get some relief.

I've been having lower back pain and consulted a doctor locally. They advised I need to get a bone in my lower vertebrae removed but I'm worried. I'm scared of surgery and would rather avoid it. I have an X Ray I can send for a second look.
