I am sufficient from complete ACL tear from2014 but i don't have any pain in present but my my knee still buckle sometime what should i do

Pain in shin due to excersie .. do I have calcium defeiency? Should I take a suppliment? Please advise

I am 28 years working women having a weight of 70kgs with a height of 5'1 I definitely understand the fact of me being overweight . Problem I have is even if I want to join a gym or do jog I gets severe knee and leg pain I get this pain in both of my legs , even if I walking around or doing any activity I get this pain with which I feel restless . Whenever he runs for 15 mins daily he feels pain in region between knee to ankle. He is doing endurance training. So please guide me how the pain can be cured and what other medications can be given.

I had a fall in a the bathroom after I had been exhausted with travel and lack of good food. I hit my head and by back got hurt. After regaining control I vomited what I had eaten for dinner. This was a month back but I still have a back pain and it pains every time I drive the car or sit for a long time. The doc told me there is nothing broken. The pain is getting unbearable.
