I have been recently diagnosed with mild thoracic dextroscoliosis. It explained a lot of symptoms that I have experienced since I was in my early teens (concavity of my left chest, etc).
I am 31-year-old male by the way. My query is regarding the diet. I have read online that coffee, among others, is one food that I have to avoid. My question is, do I have to totally avoid it as I am kind of a coffee-loving person? Also, can I compensate by increasing my
calcium intake?
Thanks!
