Bone & Muscle problems

I had viral arthritis about 2 months back. Fever was only for 2 days. But all my joints like ankle, fingers, toes, wrists, shoulder, elbow and neck pains are still severe. Morning its more compared to later part of the day. I have consumed medicines and applied some massaging oils and creams. But no much relief. Please help.

3 Months back I was handling a bike but I forgot to put it on stand. The bike weight was full on my left hand. Some type of pain was there on my wrist. At that time as suggested by doctor i took an X-Ray but there was no problem in bones. But my Carpals and wrist bones were paining alot while carrying any weight. While rotating my wrist now sometimes a sound comes from it and can't even lift weight properly without support. Which doctor should i get treated from bone or physiotherapy.

I had a injury of finger wherein it was jabbed in motorcycle chain. Now the issue is tendon was not repaired at that time and it has been past 5 months now. My distal phalanx is not straight. What can be done now?

I am 18 years old and having knock knee since 4 years.what should i to treat it.is any exercise or braces or surgery required?

Finds difficulty in walking .finds pain during getting up from the bed in the morning.

Sometimes my knees get locked while walking or exercising , and I am in extreme pain and immobile. The pain goes away after messaging the knee for 5 minutes and I am able to walk again. What could it be?

One of my friend got into accident and his left arm is broken.He is undergoing treatment and dressing being done as per doctor suggestion.Now suddenly his thumb is not functional but downward movement is functional. doctor says to consult plastic surgeon...Is there any other welfare to possibly recover from that .(Thank you)

Xray lumbosacral spine b/view reports : Degenerative change. I can't understand it.
