I jumped five concret stairs and landed on the last one where I twisted my ankle the wrong way and now I can't move my toes or put weight on it.

Sharp stabbing pain under right shoulder blade, and little bit sweelinng , which doctor should i consult.

I have a pain in right knee .. not in joint but on bone I think and no swelling , the pain is from 4 days. I have started walking /jogging from last 25 days regularly . I have used pain relief sprays which provide relief for some time .

I had a football injury in october. Post which I took rest & took medicines which doctor gave me (pain killer). The swelling was there . I took rest about 1 and a half month . I can't bend the knee completely & there is a bit of swelling. But doctor suggested me for an mri as there was nothing captured in my x-ray report. I mri it showed grade 3 acl tear. But I am able to walk perfectly. Do I really have to go for operation?

My vitamin b12 level is 160pg/ml,I'm vegitarian,which food is best for Vit b12 .

I met with an accident and had tibia and fibula Fracture (open Fracture). For reducing the risk of infection, doctor fixed Fracture with external fixation and removed it after wound healed. 1 month later inserted IM nail. Now it's 15th week after 2nd surgery (IM nail) and i am walking with elbow crutch. I have attached x-ray of post surgery and as on 13th week. Pls advice 1. Is it healing normally? 2. Is it safe to travel everyday to the office? 3. Is there a risk of non union or infection? 4. When I walk without any support?. Pls advice I m panic since healing delayed.. thanks
