Bone & Muscle problems

For last one week I have back pain especially when i sit for long time right in the middle of spinal,following my stomach feels so heavy as it is filled with gas. when I eat some thing it is so difficult to breath. Can you pls explain why do this happen?

My husband broke his hand and had wires out in. We went in to schedule the surgery to get them out and now they are telling us that they won’t take them out unless we put $3000 up front. And didn’t tell us this at the beginning so we were not expecting it. I am wondering if this is aloud and if there’s nothing we can do and he has to leave them in what will that do to his hand. We don’t have the $3000 for this.

I had a stress fracture back in 2011 in my L4 vertebrae. I wore a back brace for 6 months and the proceeded to carry on with sports afterwards. After just a few weeks of getting my brace off I was in excruciating pain. Went back to get an MRI, doc said I had broken off the processes on my L4 and L5. Not sure if they were spinous or transverse because I dont remember. I still have immense pain daily. Is it too late to get surgery? Did my body already attempt to heal and fuse incorrectly? I’m 21.

Mri=mild strengthening of lumbar spine Mild posterior disk bulge at l3 /4 disc lvl is seen abutting the thecal sac without any neural comp. Diffuse posterior disc bulge at l5/5 disc lvl indenting the thecal sac without comp. Mild facetal arthropathy is seen at this lvl Diffuse posterior disc bulge at l5/s1 disc lv abuting thecal sac without comp.

My mother having joint knee pains in both the legs. Now a days she can't stand and cook for even some time and not able to walk very short distance.pls guide what would be best treatment for her? can I be cured with medicines
