Bone & Muscle problems

I always have pain in ankles and joints neck. When I wake up in morning I feel it hard to stand my heels have pain and it get normalised as day progresses. I also have pain in my back constantly and many a times it becomes too painful to stand .

I met with a minor accident and it lead to scratch on my knees by getting rubbed on the road. After that I went for a tetanus shot and currently applying neosporin powder to dry it. Its been a week but the results are not satisfactory. What to go for?

Had an knee injury 3months back, though it does not pain that much, how every I feel unstable while fast moving or running. I had seen a doctor and got X-Ray done and MRI done as well. Below is the impression from MRI. I would like to seek advise on what will be the best treatment for this, certainly I'll be seeing doctor and I'm looking for second opinion. MRI Impression: * High grade partial tear of anterior cruciate ligament. * horizontal tear in posterior horn of medical meniscus * Medical collateral ligament grade II injury * Minimal joint effusion Your advice will be highly appreciated.

My elbow carrying angle is 20 deg. Which should have been 15 in case of joining defense forces.I had a fracture in right elbow when i was 7yrs old now I'm 26yrs. What measures can be taken to reduce the angle except should I approach orthopedist or physiotherapist

I had a deep cut on finger, outer side of palm, 2cm below nail, when my hand hit ceiling fan. Got the wound stitched and removed after 10 days. I didnt make fist for 20 days. Xray shown no fracture. It has been 4 weeks since the incident but it still pains when i try to make a fist. It pains as wound stretches and the flexibility of skin has decreased.. Will it heal with time or would i have to undergo some surgery?
