Bone & Muscle problems

Had a lateral release 5 years ago and still in pain. Surgery didn’t work as well as I had hoped it would and just want to be able to walk up and down stairs and we’ll walk in general without pain.

My age is about 22 years and my height is near to 5'4" and i want to increase my height 2 more inches. Please give me some suggestion and I also don't want to go for operation or surgery.

I got up about 15 mins later with the help of my grandson. I got very hot & I've had a head ache since.

I went to street local tattoo 7 years ago if any chance to transmit any decease through it because I feel very sick, tired, mild fever, fungal infection, joint pains , weakness, upset stomach always heat and hot no energy in body

I had been given zerostiff sachet 10.5 gm as a prescription i want to know about the amount of dosage should i take per day

My doctor says that some kind of injection that help to fill the gap. So i want to ask that which kind of injection is this

I am a sixteen year old girl and am active in sports. About six months ago during my high school soccer season my lower back began to bother me. It feels like a dull pain when sitting or standing normal, but as soon as I move my back in and direction I get a very sharp pain. I have ignored it for quite some time but within the last three weeks it has been bothering me much more than normal. I am currently in high school basketball season. The pain is less noticeable at practice but after is bad.

I am suffering from the back pain issue so i have done the MRI and the report say following Conclusion:  Small posterior bulge of L3-4 and L4-5 discs are seen indenting anterior thecal sac.  L5-S1 disc shows disc dessication with diffuse posterior bulge and posterior annular tear effacing epidural fat, indenting anterior thecal sac, narrowing of bilateral neural foramina and abutting bilateral traversing S1nerve roots.

While lifting my left arm in certain angel i hear popping or clicking sound in shoulder joint but i didn't notice any pain but the sound is quite louder

Neck and shoulder pain because of wrong sleeping position.not able to move my neck and left hand
