Lisfranc surgery
I underwent lisfranc surgery on June 2nd 2017 and the rods were removed after 105 days and was given a supporter to walk and from past 2 months I am walking well without supporter hence can I start working out in gym and can I use treadmill?

It’s been long enough. Get X-ray done and consult an Orthopeadic surgeon.
