Post Femur Surgery with rod issue
Sir/ ma'am
My grandmother is renal transplant patient, she had her FEMUR FRACTURE surgery with rod and screw on 12th of march. She had blood in urine after surgery but afterwards there was none.
Now from yesterday she is having blood in urine, seems like clots. I have attached pic for the reference. Her urine culture is normal and have attached pic for your reference.

Blood in urine is not related to Femur shaft surgery..
Is she having any burning in urine as well.
Next Steps
Since she is a known Renal Transplant patient, she should go for Ultrasonography whole abdomen and KUB to rule out any other cause for this issue.. Consult your Nephrologist for the same..
