I am a 23 year old man and have just started running on the treadmill and within 2 minutes, I start feeling some pain in the shin area. Later on, there is some slight pinching feel on the right knee. Should I still continue running, and what preventive measures should I take so that it doesn't become a serious issue later on. I have also switched to incline walking for the last few days, but I really want to run.
