Bone & Muscle problems

I got my baby 3 years ago thru CS.I have been having knee and feet pains especially in the morning after waking up and when I sit.lately my feet and knees feel numb. Any suggestions for home remedies for this?

Can't walk and do any other work. Physically very weakness is there. Suffering from joint pain for 3months

Earlier I was swimming and just a couple of hours ago my big toe really hurts whenever i move on it it really hurts mainly in the center of my big toe

Doctor i am a 17 yrs old girl and my height is 5 feet. Can i increase my height.Is any medicine to icrease height.

I sprained my right feet ankle like 5 months ago.. and it still hasnt been healed. The doctor said i dont have to plaster my ankle. And yes he gave me some medicines and it still hurts.. when i try to play football...but the pain has reduced alot.. now only upper part of the ankle hurts..the mid of the ankle... 2 months before my left ankle sprained and still hurts... but only left side of the ankle... Will i be able to play a tournament in february? Will it heal?

I have been calf ache since many years. Recently I have been having severe lower back ache and mild headache. Every time I bend down it feels as if somebody is stabbing my there.
