Hi i am 24 years ..from couple of months I am getting pain in both my ankles whenever I walk. If I sit for sometime and then stand it starts paining badly.. Why is this happening and what should I do.

My name.is suma.my age-48 female.i have last 1year right shoulder pain.i consulat physician.he says esr test and crp test.i check my esr and crp.my ESR-30mm/hour.and CRP-6.5mg/l.he given wysolone 10mg tab daily.this good tablet?esr and crp.normal range?

Knee pain right leg last one month can walk . uric acid 6.9. lp and lft is normal.

Please tell, do height in male indians increase after 18 years ? It will be very helpful on knowing the answer.
