Bone & Muscle problems

I'm able to walk, run and jog but unable to sit down and also some moments are restricted. When I went to doctor he told me that hip joint(right) has been damaged very badly you need to undergo HIP REPLACEMENT SURGERY. Now my question is, I am able to do almost all work with my leg except 30% like sitting down. Do really need HIP REPLACEMENT SURGERY or postpone for some??? Another question is, If my hip joint got damaged very badly why am able to do run, walk and jog(with little difficulty)??? Why am not bed ridden?? Kindly answer above two questions and do the needful. Thank You.

Fell down from staircase and twisted my ankle. Had a airline crack in right foot ankle for which I am undergoing a POP bandage treatment. After second xray it seems to improve as per ortho doctor.But i have severe pain on foot one inch award from ring finger and little finger. Could be muscle tear. But no medication taken for this. Need a suggestion for further treatment or diagnosis.

Lower back pain. Sometimes at left side or right side,around the buttocks area. Arises once in four months.when it occurs it lasts for 3-4 days. Mobility is hampered.shooting pain. I take enzoflam when pain occurs.

It's been 2 weeks since I dislocated my finger. Is it natural that I can't bend that joint past a certain point without it hurting? If that is expected this early during the healing process, by when should I be able to bend it painlessly?

My Mom is suffering from knee pain due to arthritis. She feel pain while walking and standing.She feel imbalance while walking. I want to any exercise to reduce pain from knee. I think the ligament is reduced and due to which the friction between femur and tibia cause pain in knee joint.
