I've L4L5 disc slight bulging so I searched desperately for some medicine for this mild back pain, which at times, is unbearable including chest heaviness. My GP says that it is because of Lumber disc bulging which will go once it heals. Finally, Dr. Samba Siva Rao recommended ayurvedic medicines: Tab Vatagajakusras, syrup Maharasnadi kada, I tried to find these medicines everywhere but I couldn't find. Even these medicines is not available online. Any suggestion please?

I slipped from stairs while stepping down since it was watery . I first hurt my back and then skidded down. Stairs was about 10-12 steps. After slipping of 2 days I had severe pain. So, I visited doctor after 4 days and she asked me to do some movements from which she said nothing has been broken , she did even ask are you feeling numbness in your lower leg . I said no ,. But now after 2 weeks of falling , I can't stand for a longer time like around 1 hour.
