Bone & Muscle problems

Ligaments are ruptured and fracture in talus foot.. got temporary plaster on 18th November and on 26th November got a hard plaster on leg.. and now m recovering from it i feel no pain in it.. and even i can walk easily.. but after two days there is function in my house so i want my plaster to cut.. so after 8 days of temporary plaster and 14 days of permanent plaster should i just cut my plaster?? Now.. answer please..

Having pain in left knee from past 30 days n slight swelling also,  Was taking pain killers and know its affecting me lactation problem has been started

I am a 23 year old man and have just started running on the treadmill and within 2 minutes, I start feeling some pain in the shin area. Later on, there is some slight pinching feel on the right knee. Should I still continue running, and what preventive measures should I take so that it doesn't become a serious issue later on. I have also switched to incline walking for the last few days, but I really want to run.

I can not make a fist with my hands, they seem normal on the outside and don’t seem a small size but my hands are unable to make the shape.

1) Pain in neck and shoulder. 2) Hip Pain which is going towards the bottom of the legs. 3) Pain in right hand and numbness in between fingers.

I am suffering ankle problem last 3 to 4 days. I think the problem is happen due to playing the badminton. Actually on last Tuesday after playing the 2nd badminton game I am getting some pain in my left ankle but after playing the 3rd game the pain automatically solved, but the from next morning the pain has been increased. Right now I am using elestic crape bandag but still running. Please let me know how to get rid from this pain.

I’ve got accident on 18th of November 2017 in which a small car wheel was run over my foot so my foot ligaments were ruptured and a small hair line fracture was found after x-ray examination according to the doctor.. my leg and foot swelled so much that time so Doctor did a temperary plaster.. and asked me to wait for a permanent plaster.. untill foot became normal.. on 26th of November he did a plaster on my whole leg.. everything is good till now even m recovering better then before..

D12 fracture from a falling accident doctors refused surgical procedure cause of low platelets from DIC of infection also the patient can't feel or move his legs, your opinion and recommendations. Thanks
