Bone & Muscle problems

I dislocated my finger from the middle joint and put it back myself. Its been 2 weeks and I still havent gone to a doctor. Is it too late to go or is it still possible to fix my finger? I'm really freaked out that I cant bend it past a certain spot. If I bend anymore, I feel a massive strain. Is that normal? Will that go away with time?

Hi.. My wife has a vitamin D deficiency and the vitamin D level is 7.5 approx. she started taking Zenith Health Vitamin D3 supplement but that's causing giddiness. Could you please advise whether that's a common side effect or should we stop that supplement and try for something else. Thanks in advance.

Lower back pain. Mostly on the left side. Increased from yesterday. Now little bit on the right side as well. Pain is felt while bending slightly forward. Didn't had any injury recently.

I’m having knee problems. I go to the gym a lot and when I squat I have something in the side of my knee moving back and forth but there is no pain, just a weird feeling. It also hurts when I put a lot of pressure on my knees

I dislocated my middle joint of my index finger. Its been a little over 2 weeks and I cant bend my finger past a certain part. Will mobility ever return to normal? I didnt go the hospital to fix it. Also, should I bend my finger past its limitations or just bend as much as I can until.mobility improving?

I have mild shoulder pain from an year and went through mri scan.The report shows that there is a PARTIAL TEAR OF SUPRASPINATUS TENDON WITH SUBACROMIAL IMPINGEMENT.Please can anyone suggest what to do next.I practice doing exercises,but the pain is becoming worse

My right hand elbow dislocated on 14/112017 and on 09/11/2017 plaster has been removed and almost 1 month of but I m unable to fold or straight my hand, according to new x-ray taken by doctor on 11/12/2017 elbow is located now. Please could you tell me How much time it take to remove completely and when I will be able to fold and straight by hand ?

Hi Doctor My wife facing a acute pains in their arms ,elbow ,wrist and figure in both hands after chikungunya fever it is almost one month ,we have taken a several medicine for relief but it increases day by day . In the night both the hands are shooting pains and circulation of blood is stops. Please advice
