My friend threw a dart and by accident it went through my left hand right above the knucle on the middle finger. I pulled it our right away and it started to bleed for ahout a minute. I put ice and neosporan/bandage on it shortly after. Now about 2 hours past it is sore and hurts when i flex my hand. Mostly middle finger.

I have a question about knee popping. I had a sports injury almost 2 years ago. And ive had constant popping in my knee. I couldnt walk for a while after the injury. However it never swelled up or bruised up. Im curious to the constant popping i have in it. I am a 21 year old male.

I have been suffering from heel pain since last 3-4 years. I have been visiting an orthopaedic surgeon for the same. The prescription reads - "Precalcaneal Bursitis B/L Heel (L) PF (L) Heel". I take injection every six months to reduce the pain. Last I took the injection in July first week. The pain reduced for hardly one month. I wear silicon heel pad. What else to do, please suggest.
