Bone & Muscle problems

Hi, I felt sudden pain on my lower back, all the way down to my left leg last week. The pain is gone now, but experiencing numbness on my left leg. I’ve done a MRI on my lumbar spine, the doctor is suggesting a surgery as the result is showing slipped disk. Could i get a second opinion on this? Thanks.

On the left side of my right foot Is in a lot of pain. I can barely walk, or put any weight on it. I haven't had a fallen and I don't know what I've done to it

For the past few days (week) I have noticed a weird pressure next / along my upper spine. It is right below my shoulder blade, and it feels like it goes deep / under my spine. In fact, sometimes it feels like it is pulling it up. It tingles and sometimes feels numb. It is an odd constant heavy pressure feeling. What could it be? It isn't going away. Thanks!

Pain on top of foot from second toe to ankle. Been swollen and sore for about a week or so. Been limping from the pain. Tylonal doesn't help nor does ice. Second toe is bent.

I feel stiffness in the joints of my fingers. Frequently neck pain(starting from head and travels down from the back of my head ) and temples. Get easily tired and foot ache. My calf muscles hurt too without any vigorous exercise or activity.

I have got lots of pain in shoulder , after which i went through MRI FOR CERVICAL SPINE AND SCREENING , THE REPORT SAYS "MILD DIFFUSE POSTERIOR BULGES OF THE PARTIALLY DESICCATED C3-C4, C4-C5 AND C5-C6 INTERVERTEBRAL DISCS, INDENTING THE THECAL SAC" can any1 let me know what exactly is the issue, is anything serious,?

Joint pain on the bone above my thigh..not able to walk properly.. Not able to hold leg.. Only for one leg.. Might be because of exercise
