Nocturnal Back Pain
Lately I have started having back pain while sleeping. The pain starts in middle of night and affects my centre of back. It goes away after an hour of me waking up and is normal throughout the day. This is happening since more than a week now. I ignored it earlier thinking of it as just a normal pain, but it's a regular thing now.

Gout and Uric Acid
I have Uric acid and gout problem, lately I susbituted wheat with millets and started eating Millets regularly in my diet, however the Uric acid level seem to have gone up to 6.5, am worried if this could be the reason. I also have joint pain lately. Plz advice if I should continue eating millets (multi grain)

Puncture on hand
My friend threw a dart and by accident it went through my left hand right above the knucle on the middle finger. I pulled it our right away and it started to bleed for ahout a minute. I put ice and neosporan/bandage on it shortly after. Now about 2 hours past it is sore and hurts when i flex my hand. Mostly middle finger.
