I have 20 day old ligament injuries in my left knee.
MRI shows complete tear of the ACL.
1/3 tear in lateral meniscus along with subtle incomplete non-displaced fracture of the fibula head. I would like some advice on wea5her this needs surgery or if it can be fixed with non surgical interventions as well.

Fracture of fibula doesn’t need surgery but ACL will not grow back or reunite. If you don’t want arthritis at an early stage and want to use stairs and run etc, reconstruction of ACL is the only option
