Bone & Muscle problems

Hello,severe myalgia on neck for 2 years and now started severe knee joint pain.ESR is normal and RA factor is also normal,already done many times of treatment but no relief at all

Low grade partial thicknes tear in ACL in it mid part, Sprain of PCL,Low grade partial thickness of medial patellar retinaculm,Mild subcontaneous edema in anrterior aspect of knee joint,Bony avulsion fracture near it tibial attachmnt as describ abv,Mild effusion in joint & adjacent bursa,Contusional changes in popliteus muscle tear insertion tibia

I've been having a bad back ache for the last 1 week and now it's getting worse...i don't know exactly what can be the reason for it but it's really painful..the pain on the back of the waist

Swelling in the heel of right leg after a work out session and pain exists for last 2 weeks. Has turned a bit black also

Sudden electric shocks on left side upper back then it goes down in hand and legs last for few minutes and goes away why ?plz tell also which doctor to seek from?

I'm 27 and suffering with knee pain and inflammation. What I want to know is that whether this thing gets perfectly fine with proper medication and exercises or does it never become fine and worsen up with age? Feeling really worried and starting to lose all hopes now. Its been 2 months already.

Blood report says calcium dificiency, Heavy pain in back sometimes,but always little bit of back pain.

Knee and neck pain since one month.. May be because of long sittin for study..Tried pain killers and lotions but no relief...
