I was playing cricket and a catch was called by me but the call hit my finger badly. At that time i thought this is normal pain but afyer some times i noticed that it shaped had been gone under a great change. I think it is dislocated i hadnot yet visit a doctor it is almost 6 months from the acvident took. Place. Please tell if it can be treated now or not...

I have been having severe radiating pain on one side through the legs. Reports showed mild disc bulge in L4, L5 and nerve compression. Was prescribed nuro tablets but they didn't give lasting relief. Undergoing physiotherapy. Any suggestions to get permanent relief from the pain?
