Bone & Muscle problems

When I was infected spine TB 6 years back but now my back is severe pain so I consulted with an orthopedic surgeon he advised for x ray and USG in results abscess psoas is not found but my L2 is compress with L1

My right hand wrist have badly swollen since 4weeks. I've never fell off and nothing hurted my wrist. It's paining. I've consulted doctor checked my x-ray and my blood ESR is 58. As I was an btech hostel student i can't consult a doctor regularly. Please suggest your best.

The pain in my lower back (right side) increased tremendously 2 days ago. Unable to bend backwards. I have a history of Slip disc in 2012 since then.. minor pains sometimes were treated with exercises. But this is severe pain. Difficult to walk in pain. Kindly suggest. I'm taking flexura after b/f and dinner & pantacid before b/f & dinner.

My joints bend past a straught line. This causes me very much pqin and often causes my knees to get locked very far back.

I punched a wall with my right hand about a year ago now & ever since my middle knuckle had been much larger than the other hand & when I go to straighten my hand my pinky finger seems to now move to the right and doesn’t want to touch the others without me forcing it there, I’ve been to the doctors and they didn’t do anything, I’m wondering if my knuckles displaced but set there?

Hi, I had broken my elbow 8 years ago. It seemed to have healed right, with a little loss of angle in extension. The doctors at that time said that it was all that could be done. after 8 years that lack of extension has become troublesome and sometimes painful if i force it to extend. I did an x-ray consulted with an orthopedic doctor. He said that there were some bone parts that weren't supposed to be there. I am 24 year old male. I'd be really grateful if i can have an opinion on the x-ray

Right Side Scapular pain Tremendously increases when I lie down for Sleeping. In sitting posture it is very mild throughout the day.

Two weeks ago I fell down the stairs and broke my malleoli lateralis. I was put on non weight bearing cast no surgery needed. Today my crutches slipped and i stepped on my foot for a second. Im scared that I might have displaced the fracture. Can someone help me with any info. Im so scared
